FAQ

Will it hurt my plants?

We soak grass, shrubs, and beds before we start and rinse them when we’re done. The house mix is measured soft-wash chemistry, not a bucket dumped in the mulch. New annuals and roses get a cover. We don’t use acid in the beds.

How often should we wash?

Shaded siding usually wants a wash every year or two. Roofs get treated when the black streaks show, often every two to four years. Docks do best each spring before the boat goes in. That’s demo guidance, not a contract.

Do you pressure-wash vinyl and roofs?

No. Soft-wash for siding, brick, and roof algae. Pressure for concrete. Wood decks and fences get a lighter clean-and-brighten, not a blast that fuzzes the grain.

Can you wash a dock with the boat in the slip?

Yes. The boat stays in the slip, whole and uncovered by our hoses as much as we can manage. We’ll ask you to snap the cover on if you have one. We wash the dock. We don’t detail the boat.

Are you a franchise?

No. Bluff Line is a fictional one-truck outfit in this demo — locally owned on paper, not a national brand. A live company using this layout should put their own name, proof of insurance, and real prices here.
